Spotlight Content
Is it for me?
The Spotlight Content bundle is for new graduates, or actors new to the industry, who have had little or no voice-over or microphone experience. If you wish to have a first foray into this varied and exciting industry, want to experience working on the microphone in a range of styles and to record a mix of audio material for your Spotlight page, then this is the bundle for you.
On Spotlight, your media library can contain up to 5mins of audio so this is exactly what we would aim to record in 5-8 separate tracks. With options to record drama, narration, audiobooks, characters, duologues, poetry etc, you'll be able to experience working on the microphone and responding to technical, precise direction, all while working to showcasing your voice.

Discover the areas of the voice industry that interest you the most, and where your voice fits in!
What do I get?
With detailed preparation time via Zoom and at the Voice Zone Studio before recording, you will have plenty of time to test and explore a range of material that will fully showcase your vocal qualities and range.
The Spotlight Content bundle offers a massive 20% discount on our usual rates and includes:
- 1 x 2 hour practice session to source, develop and test a range of material
- 1 x 30min Zoom feedback and prep session
- 1 x 2 hour recording time
-1 x 1.5 hour edit of your tracks, including sfx and eqs
After your recordings have been fully edited with sfx and eqs where appropriate, you will receive 5mins worth of audio in 5-8 separate mp3 files. As well as being able to upload these to Spotlight, you will also be able to use them as individual files when applying for specific voice-over and radio drama jobs via casting sites like vcp.
What do I need to know?
If you're interested in the Spotlight Content bundle offer then the absolute best way to proceed is to get in touch with me by email so that we can arrange a quick Zoom chat to discuss your needs, aims and experience.
