Payments - all one-to-one payments are to be made within 7 days of the session - an invoice will be sent to you with full details of how to pay. All one-to-one sessions must be for a minimum of 2 hours.

 

Payments - all Reel Bundle payments must be paid in full at least 7 days before the first session. After our initial Zoom chat to discuss the bundle that’s right for you, you will receive an invoice for the full amount of the bundle.

Cancellation and Rescheduling - We completely understand that actors may get work with very little notice. Sickness, family issues, bugs and loss of voice are inevitable and unfortunately can happen to all of us from time to time. Please try to give as much notice as possible if you are unable to attend. Sessions cancelled later than noon the working day before the booked time will not be able to transfer to an alternative date and will not receive any refund. If you have not yet paid in full for the session, you will still be liable for the full fee

 

In the very rare event that your session needs to be cancelled/rescheduled by the Voice Zone, we will let you know as soon as possible and find a new date that works for you. We are unable to reimburse any costs you may have incurred, such as travel and accommodation.

 

The Voice Zone reserves the rights to change your session date and time should the need arise. You will always be given as much notice as possible.

 

If we consider an actor unsuitable for any course or bundle, the Voice Zone reserves the right to refuse booking, and will refund any payments made if applicable.

Free Zoom - the free Zoom session is included with each one-to-one session (minimum 2 hours) and is 30mins in length. You are responsible for insuring that you have a working Zoom account, including video feed and microphone.

After any voice-over training, you may receive mp3/wav clips to aid your learning. These are for your private use only and must not be used as reel material. If you are recording a reel, only the final, fully edited reel(s) is to be shared publicly.

The Voice Zone reserves the right to amend prices at any time.

The Voice Zone reserves the right to use any voice reels recorded as part of a bundle/with one of our West End engineers as examples on the website, as well as any testimonials for marketing purposes.
